Shipping + Handling

Delivery Times  

We maintain a small inventory, but if the product you've ordered is in stock, then the delivery will take one to three weeks. Most of what we offer is built to order, and depending on what time of the month it is when you place your order, it can take four to eight weeks for delivery. One week after your order is placed we will email you your invoice with the delivery date specified. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive another email letting you know it has shipped.

Shipping Process  

Products are shipped via Fed-Ex Ground or common carrier (a freight company) depending on the overall size of your order.  If the products can be shipped via Fed-Ex, the option will show up at the end of the online store process.  If shipping by freight is necessary, we still want you to make your order online with out the freight charge added, and a representative from New Breed Furniture will contact you to explain you shipping options and their related prices.  If your order is shipped via common carrier, you will be contacted one to two days in advance to schedule a Monday through Friday curbside delivery appointment, as you will need to be present to sign for the order.

Curbside Delivery Described  

Our standard method of delivery is curbside. This means you must meet the delivery truck in front of your shipping destination and may have to assist in unloading your products from the truck.  You will receive a call one to two days in advance to schedule a delivery. You will be responsible to dispose of any packaging or crating.

Inside Delivery Described  

Inside Delivery, or White Glove Service, is an upgraded shipping option that includes the unpacking of your product(s), disposal of packaging debris and the placement of items inside your home or business. You will receive a call one to two days in advance to schedule a delivery. This upgraded delivery service is available for an additional $99 charge per order.
